VendorNet
Frequently Asked Questions
Answers about VendorNet profiles, approval, leads, data visibility, and paid plans.
How are vendors reviewed?
VendorNet reviews applications for completeness, service fit, and marketplace quality. Vendors supply license and insurance information themselves; it is not independently verified unless a profile expressly states that it was.
What is public?
Pending applications are private. Approved profiles may show the business name, website, services, service area, biography, years in business, and vendor-supplied credential information. Owner names, application emails, phone numbers, ZIP codes, internal notes, and account details are not published by the directory API.
Where do leads come from?
Customers can contact vendors through public profiles, and relevant EstimateGenie requests may be routed into VendorNet.
Can I cancel a paid plan?
Yes. Manage the PayPal subscription in PayPal or contact support. Contact support before cancelling if you need confirmation of the effective date or account impact.
