VendorNet
Terms of Service
Terms for using VendorNet. Effective July 11, 2026.
Marketplace role
VendorNet provides directory, lead, and business-tool services. Vendors are independent businesses, not VendorNet employees or agents. Customers and vendors are responsible for evaluating each other and agreeing on scope, credentials, price, timing, and payment.
Accounts and listings
You must provide accurate information and protect access to your email account. VendorNet may approve, edit, suspend, or remove listings to protect users or marketplace quality. Publishing license or insurance information does not mean VendorNet verified it unless expressly stated.
Acceptable use
Do not submit unlawful, deceptive, infringing, harmful, or unauthorized content; scrape private data; bypass access controls; or interfere with the service.
Paid plans and cancellation
Current prices and benefits appear on the pricing page. PayPal processes subscriptions. You may cancel through PayPal or support; the effective date and access consequences follow the subscription status confirmed by PayPal. Fees already charged are not refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed by VendorNet.
Disclaimers and contact
Services are provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, VendorNet disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for independent vendor performance. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
